ash|jam|drum was established in 2011 when I had the opportunity to build my own private drum lesson business alongside Trevada Music. Over the last 10 years I have built up my clientele from 0 to 35+ students and I’m still looking to help more! Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus pandemic Trevada Music took quite a hit so I have now gone on my own and transferred over to The Wesley Buildings in Redruth.
I have been a working musician from the age of 18 after finishing my BTEC ND in Music Practice at Truro College. I had the opportunity to join a band called ‘The Ammunition’ lead by local songwriter Joe Francis. We had many great experiences with recording two albums at Abbey Road Studios, London (Studio 2!!) and Sawmills, Cornwall. We also played some pretty big gigs including support of Ronan Keating and playing at festivals such as Board masters.
